Hi, I'm Bárbara Astrini!
I'm an Emmy-winning art director and motion designer, with a focus on preschool animation and branding. As a young immigrant from Brazil to the USA, television and books were my gateway to understanding the new world around me. My work is rooted in joy, justice, and color, inspiring the audience to be their happiest, most authentic self.
LOJA is the creative lab: Studio LOJA puts together full teams to produce design, art and animation, and Shop LOJA designs tactile products that make our days livelier.
Based in Queens, NY, I'm from São Paulo, by way of the Carolinas. I'm also an adjunct professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology (SUNY).
